'The Taming Of The Shrew' stars Twiggy, Stephen Tompkinson, Jamie Murray and Rufus Sewell and is adapted by Sally Wainwright. Katherine Minola (Shirley Henderson) is a succesful politician, tipped for the leadership of her party. The only problem is, her awful temper has left her a 38 year old singleton, and everyone, from her party chairman to her sister, wants her to get married. Is passionate eccentric Petruchio (Rufus Sewell) the answer to her prayers?

Friday: Shakespeare: The Animated Tales

4 of the classic animated tales, each just under half an hour - stay for as many or as few as you would like!  Renowned author and Shakespeare scholar Leon Garfield's abridged and animated renditions of the classic texts that are fully faithful to the narrative and language of the Bard. The adaptations use a variety of animation techniques and features the vocal talents of Felicity Kendal, Alun Armstrong, Joss Ackland and Zoe Wanamaker, among others. We'll play:
