“Do you not know I am a woman? When I think, I must speak.”
Join us on an adventure to liberty. Set to a live folk band, this joyous production will bring LOVE to Stroud. The old duke has been banished to the forest of Arden. After his younger brother, the usurper Duke Frederick outlaws most of his court, starting with the old duke's daughter Rosalind, we follow this new Robin Hood and his band of followers and the surrounding country folk in their own stories, 'all, forsooth, deifying the name of [love]'. Mistaken and new identities are rampant, until a god can 'make conclusion of these most strange events'.
